1- What are the age requirements when purchasing HookahFruits™ products?

HookahFruits.com.au follows all local and state laws associated with the sale of HookahFruits™ products. Therefore, you must be at least 18 years of age or older to be eligible to purchase any flavoured HookahFruits™ on our website.

2- Do you sell HookahFruits products online within Australia?

With the launch of HookahFruits™ in Australia, we target customers all over the country and selling our products online through our eCommerce website. Rather than being restricted to customers who can buy products from the store in person, you can now buy from another city or state and eventually internationally. By the way, you would be able to access your products anywhere, anytime and our business is opened 24 hours a day and 7 days a week.

3- Do you sell HookahFruits products online out of Australia?

We provide international shipping services for customers who interested in our products and willing to purchase them online. We have been organizing this service for most of the countries to deliver purchased items by Australian international post service. Please check the shipping policy before purchasing any items.

4- Do you sell HookahFruits products on any particular marketplaces?

It is supreme to sell products on an already-established online marketplace like eBay or Amazon. However, we have not been selling HookahFruits™ products on any particular marketplaces. So, the only way to purchase the products is to check the online sale at https://hookahfruits.com/shop/

5- Do you also have in-person purchases?

Yes, we do. You would be able to purchase the products from the local supermarkets or Hookah/ Shisha shops who have been eligible to sell this product within Australia and overseas.

6- What payment methods do you accept?

We accept payments through PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.

7- Do you offer wholesale pricing?

Yes, we do. We are not only a retailer/ online seller. We source directly from HookahFruits™ factory overseas and ship them from Australia to other countries. You are dealing directly with the wholesale source, and there are no “middle-men” in our distribution operations. For the past recent years, we have been offering and wholesaling to plenty of distributors, hookah bars, hookah cafes and Hookah/ Shisha retailers.

1- Are HookahFruits products entirely harmless?

In HookahFruits™ products, the processed fruit is replaced with dry and harmful Tobacco. So, they don’t have nicotine and tar at all. Instead of burning Tobacco, Juicy and tasty fruit evaporate, and smoke is much lighter and less harmful. But because of the gas that is emitted from hookah charcoal, it may cause any health problems. All in all, this product is not the same as all other tobacco products, not 100% harmless, but much healthier and less dangerous.

2- How many Hookahs/ Shishas can you make with each 100-gram container?

For each standard Hookah/Shisha bowl, only 7 to 10 grams of container is enough for 2 to 3 hours smoking. So, you can fill at least 10 bowls with each 100-gram container.

3- Do fruits like Orange, Lime, etc. need to be entirely fragmented?

We recommend that you fragment the fruit before using the large pieces to get the best results. However, if you use whole slices of fruit as well, there will not be a problem.

4- How long is the flavoured HookahFruits that I purchased going to last?

We recommend that you store the flavoured HookahFruits™ in a cool, dry and dark place. If you follow these procedures, the products are estimated to last up to two years from the production date.

5- How long will each bowl of flavoured HookahFruits last when I am smoking?

We have recognized that each bowl of flavoured Tobacco lasts approximately 30 minutes to an hour, depending on which brand of Tobacco is used. Through rigorous tests, with HookahFruits™ products, you will prolong the Hookah/ Shisha smoking for 2 to 3 hours.

6- Do you need to use the unique Hookah/Shisha for using HookahFruits products?

No, it can be used on any Hookah/ Shisha such as Wooden, metal, glass, etc.

7- Do you need to use the unique Hookah/Shisha BOWL for using HookahFruits products?

No, it can be used on any Hookah/ Shisha bowl with enough space.

1- How will you ship our order?

We ship HookahFruits™ products widely in Australia, so whether you are in Sydney, Melbourne, Adelaide, Perth, Brisbane, or anywhere else in the country, we can easily deliver them to you. Also, we provide international shipping services for customers who interested in our products and willing to purchase them online.

2- How fast our orders will be shipped?

This information is guidelines only and based on reasonable expectations and experience.

  • Delivery in Australia with Regular service is estimated 2 to 5 business days (depends on state)
  • Delivery in Australia with Express service is estimated 1 business day
  • International delivery with Economy service is estimated +10 business days
  • International delivery with Standard service is estimated +6 business days
  • International delivery with Express service is estimated 2 to 4 business days

1- What happens if I receive my order and it is wrong or damaged?

We always try to look after our customers and work with them to resolve these issues. Please send an email through to [email protected] within 7 business days after getting your purchased items. In meanwhile, providing details of your order/tax invoice number and what the problem is so that we best assist you.

2- How do I return my order?

As soon as the issues have been discovered, you would be able to send any UNUSED or UNOPENED products back to us within 7 business days at Level 33, Australia square, 264 George St, Sydney, NSW 2000, Australia. Please be noticed that damaged goods will not be accepted.

Please allow 3-5 business days for us to process that return, but once we do, we will reach out to you to see if you would prefer a return or exchange. Depending on the circumstances of the return you may be responsible for the return shipping.

1- Will there be import taxes if I order from you?

Possibly. Each country has its own laws regarding importation. We ship under the assumption that you are aware of your own country’s import regulations and are responsible for them. To find out what these regulations may be, please contact your local customs or post office prior to purchasing.

2- If I charge more than I would able to pay in import taxes, Can I return the shipments?

Definitely! Just ask customs return the shipments to the sender. Once we receive it back to our warehouse, we can issue a refund. Please keep in mind that we are not able to return the cost of shipping and returned packages will be subject to a 50% restocking fee as well.

1- What do I need to do to edit or cancel an order?

We may be able to edit your order prior to shipping, but we don’t guarantee. You must send an email to [email protected] less than 12 hours after purchasing.
