The lead time is the period between initiating and completing a manufacturing process. The exact time depends on product volume, manufacturers' stock holdings, and other orders ahead. For example, the lead time between placing an order and the packing up of commodities by a given manufacturer might be between 1 to 6 weeks.

We offer three different shipping options: sea freight, air freight, and truck transport, depending on your location, order volume, and desired speed of delivery. Typically, for air freight options, we utilize couriers such as AustPost, Sendle, DHL, UPS, USPS, and FedEx. For bulk orders, we can arrange for truck transport or assist in coordinating the most suitable sea freight option, either directly to your forwarder or by helping to find one that meets your needs

Delivery of items can vary due to location and our stock holdings. However, the estimated time is usually 25-45 working days after manufacturing. For bigger, bulkier, sensitive or weighty items, some deliveries to outer/regional/rural areas or areas with limited services may be subject to additional delivery charges and may incur extended transit times. This is usually due to their nature and the extra handling required in transporting them.

When your order is dispatched, you will be provided with a confirmation email. If your order has been shipped with a courier service, you will receive a tracking number which you can click to open. For international orders, HOOKAH FRUITS™ is not responsible for any customs fees incurred. Any customs duties or taxes charged will be the responsibility of the customer. Should these charges be forwarded to HOOKAH FRUITS™, the amount will be billed back to the customer.
